What is Face Yoga ?
Face Yoga is a gentle blend of relaxation, facial yoga exercises, self-massage and acupressure.
It will intervene on 3 dimensions:
– Calming our nervous system.
– Work on the deep musculature of our face in order to tone the muscles that need it, smooth and relax the areas of our face where there is tension.
– Take care of our skin so that it is firm and elastic with this glow effect.
With the FaceYoga.Studio method, we will take care of our face but also of our upper body, our neck and our neck. This peripheral zone plays an important role in the radiance of our face and deserves all our attention.

Facial yoga is a set of techniques that you will perform independently.
The facial is a customized massage performed at the Studio.
Facial yoga can be performed or to extend the benefits of the facial massage.
Aesthetic medicine and facial yoga ?
Facial yoga can very well accompany the least invasive aesthetic medical procedures, such as hyaluronic acid and botulinum toxin injections, by prolonging the effects and spacing out the injections, as long as a few rules are respected.
